This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders placed on www.wavex.in may be cancelled.

We aim to process and ship orders quickly so customers receive their products as soon as possible. Because of this, cancellation requests must be made within the allowed time frame described below.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

To request cancellation, customers should contact our support team with the order details as soon as possible after placing the order.


2. Cancellation by Wavex Auto Care

Wavex Auto Care reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailable or out of stock
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transactions
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Logistics limitations or delivery restrictions

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been received.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on payment gateway and banking processing times.

For Cash on Delivery orders, if cancellation occurs before dispatch, no charges will be applied.
