Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through reliable courier partners such as FedEx, Bluedart, DHL, or India Post.
Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

Order Confirmation and Payment Issues

If your payment has been successfully deducted from your bank account but you have not received an order confirmation or order ID, it is possible that the connection between our website and the bank was interrupted during the transaction.
Please email us at contact@wavexautocare.com with your transaction ID. Once we receive confirmation from the bank through our backup channel, your digital receipt will be sent to your registered email address.

International Orders

wavex products are available worldwide.
If you are located outside India, please email cc@wavex.in for assistance.
If we do not yet have a distributor in your region, we can arrange direct shipment from our factory. Kindly include your full address, contact number, and the list of products you are interested in for accurate support.

Delivery Details

Delivery Timings

  • Residential deliveries: Between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM
  • Business deliveries: During normal business hours (Monday to Saturday)

Transit Time

Delivery usually takes 2 to 14 business days, depending on destination and courier service availability.

Order Tracking

If your email address is registered with us, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, all wavex packages require a signature upon delivery.

Example:
If a courier leaves a package at the doorstep without a signature and it goes missing, both the customer and wavex face losses.
To avoid this, our courier partners ensure delivery in person and obtain a signature to confirm receipt in good condition.

Order Verification & Returns

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • This does not apply to back-ordered items.
  • Products labeled “Free Shipping” apply only to deliveries within India.
  • For oversized or heavy items (e.g., 20L carboys), additional charges may apply. Our team will contact you if this is the case.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unused products only.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Products will be inspected upon receipt before approval.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
