This Return & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be provided for orders placed on www.wavex.in.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacement requests may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product leakage during shipping

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Refund timelines typically range between 5–10 business days, depending on banking partners and payment gateway processing times.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method after customer verification.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

In such cases, Wavex Auto Care will arrange return pickup or provide further instructions for returning the product.


7. Return Shipping

In approved cases, we may arrange reverse pickup through our logistics partners. If reverse pickup is not available for a specific location, customers may be requested to ship the product back to us.

Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team once the return request is approved.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
