Within the warranty timeframe, WaveX Auto Care pledges to repair or replace, without any charges, any product or its components found to be defective due to non-operational issues while under normal usage and maintenance.

Please note that the warranty does not extend to conditions, malfunctions, or damage stemming from causes other than material defects. These may include instances of breakage, misuse, abuse, accidents, exposure to irregular or excessive voltage, modifications, and unauthorized repairs.

Customers are responsible for arranging the transportation of the product to the designated service center via courier for warranty service.

Kindly be advised that while the machine is undergoing warranty or repair services at the service center, no spare machine will be provided.
