Warranty Terms

The Wavex Detailing Master Dual Action Polisher Machine is backed by a 6-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

• Replacement of worn-out parts resulting from natural wear and tear during regular operation.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.

• Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.

• Damage resulting from improper voltage, power fluctuations, or use of incompatible accessories.

• Cosmetic damage, wear of consumables (such as backing plates or brushes), or damage caused by dropping or mishandling.

Warranty Claim Process:

• The customer must register the warranty online at the time of purchase to activate coverage.

• For warranty claims, the product must be shipped by courier to the designated Wavex service center at the customer’s cost.

• After inspection, Wavex will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or the unit.

• No replacement machine will be provided for use during the repair or service period.

• All warranty decisions are subject to final inspection and approval by the Wavex technical team.
